Here is a recipe that joni gave us as an alternative to frosting for a cake, it sounds vey good.

 

Over 1 tablespoon of cold water, sprinkle 1 tsp. of geletin - let sit for 1 minute to soften it.

Add 2 tablespoons of boiling water and stir till it's clear

Beat 2 cups HEAVY whipping cream (heavy is a MUST) with with 1 tsp of vanilla and 3 Tablespoons sugar till soft peaks form

Pour in the geletin mix and beat until stiff

Frost cake!!
