Msn Chat Control Install

I am having problems loading and installing the msn chat control.

 

When I try to install it, it prompts me to install the control, I click install. I get a prompt from user control to install and I click yes. Then it just shows a blank page after that. 

 

Does anyone know how to install it manually or if there is a way.

 

There is nothing in my registry or anything on my computer for the control

 

I am on windows 7 operating system.

I have never tried to use the MSN Chat control other than where it was intended to be used: on MSN chat.

Have you tried the help channels on the servers where they use this control?
