DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small sauce pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts and sugar dissolves. Cool slightly. Beat eggs, bourbon, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl; gradually add sugar mixture, beating well with a wire whisk. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans; pour into pastry shell. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until set. Serve warm or chilled drizzle lightly with bourbon top with whipped cream Bread Dressing For Roast Turkey 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 medium onion, chopped 1 cup chopped celery bell pepper (optional) 1 teaspoon sage 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 loaves day old (stale) bread 2 - 3 cups chicken broth In a large skillet melt butter. Add chopped onion and chopped celery; cook until tender. Stir in chicken broth, sage, salt and pepper; simmer for 3 minutes. Place bread crumbs in large bowl; add onion mixture and mix until moistened. Use as stuffing for poultry, or bake, covered in a baking dish for 30 minutes at 350*F. Spike
