1,2,3,4 cake

I seen this recipe today, and it was pretty easy to remember :

 

1 stick of butter

2 cups of sugar

 

cream the butter, and sugar together

 

3 cups of flour

 

mix flour into butter and sugar mixture, cup at a time

 

4 eggs

 

mix eggs in batter , 1 egg at a time

 

add a tsp of vanilla

 

bake at 350 degrees till toothpick comes out clean, usually 30-35 minutes

 

frosting of choice, either homemade or store bought

 

1 cup of powder/confectioners sugar

add enough milk till the mixture is frostening consistency

 

Have fun with this recipe as is or you can tweak it to make it chocolate if you like.
