If anyone tried to make flood in your private This command to Lock in private message to protect against flooding

lol, I have not had a minute of free time to test. I'll eventually test it, unless someone beats me to it.

I loaded it, only thing is I can't seem to flood myself fast enough to trigger it.. I'll have to wait for a flood.
