Dec 13/2011: Went to El Paso to finish pre-op paperwork and schedule sesection.

Dec 15/2011: Woke up resectioned, removed top half of right lung.

Dec 28/2011: Returned Home, one rehab for two to three weeks then we'll take tests and see if further treatment is required.

Right now I have Home Health for would and dressing treatment twice a week for the next nine weeks.

Physical Rehab three times a week in the home for 9 weeks.

SO for now, it's rest, eat, rehab, sleep, rest, eat, rehab, sleep.

Great news. We have missed you.

I hope that B is forcing you out of bed to do your wind sprints around the bed and blow into your lung aerobics machine.

Seriously, take the rehab seriously, you want to be out on the golf course come spring.

It's good you are home Stormy and I'm sure you will recover more quickly at home, it's always the best place to be. I have to agree with Smiley, you must take your rehab seriously and even though at times it will not be pleasant and you won't want to do things, you must do them if you want to get back to being healthy again. If you don't want to do it for you, then do it for Blondie and your family :) ... Take care and every day will be a step in the right direction.

... and schedule sesection.

Whew, at first I thought you said you were scheduling a c-section and just made a typo.
