Guest ajaX Posted December 5, 2011 Report Posted December 5, 2011 MATERIALS: Milk Jar Vinegar Strainer Paper Towels Baking Soda Small Pan Measuring Spoons Water Spoon DIRECTIONS: Pour 8 oz of milk into pan Heat milk on stove at 250 degrees F (120 C). Let it warm, but not boil! Add 1 TBS of vinegar and stir mixture. Continue stirring even when clumps begin to form Place strainer over jar and pour mixture through the strainer. You may want to use a spoon to help the liquid through Put remaining material in the strainer back in the pan Add 1/2 cup of water and a tablespoon of baking soda A casein material will begin to bubble. When this stops, use the leftover liquid as glue Reply with your results!
