Administrators Nan Posted December 11, 2011 Administrators Report Posted December 11, 2011 This story, and the one we did the week before about Adam, reminded me of a story I listened to when I lived in Papua New Guinea about Adam and Eve. The story is in New Guinea pidgin - or tok pisin - as it is called there. Today, someone sent me a link to that story and some others that I had lost over time. I thought I would provide the link to the story so that anyone who might be interested could hear how the Melanesian people of New Guinea describe the story of Adam and Eve. I haven't worked out how to seperate it from the other stories, so feel free to listen to the others as well, there is "liklik redpela hat" (Little Red Riding Hood); "tripella likilk pik" (The Three Little Pigs).
