Stormy Posted May 9, 2011 Report Posted May 9, 2011 Koach gave a link to 'The Mending Wall" by Robert Frost last night ( http://writing.upenn.edu/~afilreis/88/frost-mending.html ) and I was thinking that maybe on a Saturday that has come up dry for stories maybe we could discuss a poem, the mending wall has a lot to talk about, as does some of Frost's other poetry.
Pancake Posted October 31, 2011 Report Posted October 31, 2011 If I were around more often, I would definitely contribute to the idea of a "Poetry Corner" (ala "Readers Corner" motif). Both novellas and poetry can have hours of discussion based on the complexities of simple concepts - ergo, the beauty of poetry. Good luck, (:
