Administrators Nan Posted May 7, 2011 Administrators Report Posted May 7, 2011 This is really yummy and very easy to do and serves two people: Ingredients: Pork Chops or Pork steak (your choice) One Apple - cored and thinly sliced Two Pears - cored and thinly sliced 1/4 cup of Honey 1/2 to 1 cup of vegetable stock Salt and Pepper to taste Method: Place the pork in a large saucepan and brown on all sides Add sliced apple and pears, honey, stock, salt and pepper when this comes to the simmer, cover and cook approximately 40 minutes on low heat Serve with your choice of vegetables or salad and enjoy
