Broken leg update

Hi all

 

I had the final surgery on my leg today to remove one long screw that was only there to stabalize things while bones and ligaments healed.

 

Also, I no longer have to use crutches, but must still wear a boot. However, just being able to walk again is a truly wonderful feeling.

 

I broke the leg 8 months ago, so it has been a long ordeal.

Here 's a pic of the x-ray of my leg and a picture of the screw they removed today.

Great to hear that you are almost back to normal Koach - glad the surgery went well and now you need to be careful who you kick with that boot

The Broncos will be glad to know you'll be back in shape for 'Happy Dancing' in the fall.
