Administrators Nan Posted March 4, 2021 Administrators Report Posted March 4, 2021 The ingredients tell me that could be really delicious, I am wondering why, especially as it's ground beef, (not cuts of a tougher beef such as gravy beef etc.) it needs to be cooked in a slow cooker on high for 6 hours, I'm thinking it would be a burned mess by then.
Administrators Koach Posted March 5, 2021 Administrators Report Posted March 5, 2021 That is interesting, Nan. I didn't notice that until you mentioned the ground beef. It almost looks like a chili recipe.. But, it sounds delicious; I can almost smell it cooking.
Stormy Posted March 8, 2021 Author Report Posted March 8, 2021 I wondered if anyone would catch that. It was a Chili Recipe, but I do not put beans in my chili, so I played with it, added a few things, etc. and decided to make stew. It came out excellent. As was said, very intriguing taste.
