Meatballs 1 lb. lean ground beef. 1 cup soft bread crumbs 1 egg, slightly beaten 2 tablespooons minced onion 2 tablespoons milk 1 cloveof garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon salt dash of pepper 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Form meat mixture into 40 meatballs using a rounded teaspoon for each. Brown meatballs lightly in oil. Cover; cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Drain fat Sauce 2/3 cup chili sauce (I use Heinz) 2/3 cup red currant or grape jelly Combine chili sauce and jelly. Pour over meatballs. Heat, stiring until jelly is melted. 16. This has always been a hit at gatherings. 1 envelope unflaored gelatin 1/3 cup water 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) tomato soup 2 three oz packages soft cream cheese 1 cup mayonaise 1/2 cup diced green onions (I use a little more) 1/2 cup diced celery 1/3 teaspoon basil 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 lb. shrimp (cooked, cleaned, and chopped) Salt to taste Dissolve the gelatin in water. Bring soup to a boil without diluting and add gelatin; stir until dissolved. Beat in cream cheese till smooth; add mayonnaise and beat till smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and and pour into a 6 cup gelatin ring mold or a bundt cake pan. Chill till firm, and serve with Wheat Thins, Ritz Crackers, or corn chips. This will serve a dozen or more if they're not too greedy. **Don't forget the cayenne pepper or you'll be sorry..

  23. This is not a very good picture, taken with my cell. On the left in pink is BB, the young lady in black and white is Girlie-girl, the gentleman in the back to the right is Gizmo. I'll try to get a better one, but I know they would have moved if I had gone to get my camera, so I snapped it with my cell.
  24. This one reminds me of stuffing I had at a friends house, when I lived in Maryland. Good stuff (ing)!
