Single Room Client (SRC)
Single Room Client was created specifically for Helpdesk. It kept track of how long a user was waiting to be helped, automatically inserted a user's nickname at the beginning of each sentence, converted UTF-8 to readable text, told us who was a subscriber and who was a guest, and so on. It also had a limited scripting language used to customize events, popups, and aliases.
