Actually now, all Laptops and Desktops bought new, come with Windows 7, if you right click on the program there is a choice to "run as" and you can then run it as it would run in older OSs.
I don't know about that program, Google has a lot of programs that will make XP look like Vista, but I didn't look at all of them, the link is:
